Giveaway Rules

• You may enter the giveaway through each individual Indie Shop Sponsor page. Each sponsor will have their own requirements for entry. It is your duty to complete these requirements as instructed. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
• Official Indie Shop Sponsors (listed above) are the only sites authorized to accept entries for the Happily Handmade Giveaway. Although we encourage you to support our advertisers and friends, they are not able to collect entries (unless they are also an official indie shop sponsor). If you are unsure whether a site is an official Sponsor, please look through their site for the official Happily Handmade entry badge.
• You may not enter the giveaway through the Happily Handmade website by signing up for the mailing list or otherwise. Entries are only accepted through the official Indie Shop Sponsors listed on this page.
• To increase your odds of winning, we encourage you to visit as many of the Indie Shop Sponsor sites and enter at each one of them, however, you may only enter once through each Indie Shop Sponsor site.
• All entries must contain your full name (first AND last) and a valid email address. Please make sure your email address is correct, and use an email address you check regularly. If you win, this is how we will contact you. If your email address bounces, or you do not respond within 72 hours, your prize will be immediately forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
• Some Sponsors may request your mailing address with your entry. We encourage you to supply this information if prompted. We will use this address to ship your prize should you win, and if for some reason your email bounces when we try to contact you, if we have your mailing address then your prize will not be forfeited. Please note that your personal information will only be used by the Sponsors for promotional purposes, and will not be sold or shared with outside parties.
• Entries will only be accepted from April 1 through May 13. Any entries received before or after these dates will not be entered into the giveaway.
• Winners will be selected and contacted on May 18, 2009 once all participating Indie Shop Sponsors have submitted their entry lists. Lists will be sorted into a database, and winners will be chosen randomly by the giveaway organizer.
• All winners will be contacted by email and must respond to confirm shipping address within 72 hours (if their address is not part of the entry). If they fail to confirm in this time period, or the email bounces, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen in their place. We highly recommend you add all of our Sponsors to your address book to avoid these emails being sent to spam.
